Compromise Agreements are often the most appropriate method of resolving employment disputes for both employers and employees. They enable both parties to resolve a dispute quickly without the need for Employment Tribunal proceedings. They provide the employee with a financial settlement and provide the employer with protection against further claims. We regularly draft Compromise Agreements on behalf of employers.
