Compromise Agreements
Compromise Agreements are often the most appropriate method of resolving
employment disputes for both employers and employees. They enable both
parties to resolve a dispute quickly without the need for Employment Tribunal
proceedings. They provide the employee with a financial settlement and
provide the employer with protection against further claims. We regularly
draft Compromise Agreements on behalf of employers. We also regularly
advise employees on the terms of Compromise Agreements and negotiate severance
packages on behalf of employees and senior executives.
